Product Line: Motowinch

We’re a small local startup bringing innovative action sports products to market. We work in outdoor sports: Cycling, Watersports, and Snow Sports – We also electrify them.

We’re spooling up for a new product, and need more team members to help us hit our summer launch!

As a team member, your group will be responsible for:

·         Assembly of a cutting edge outdoor action sports product: www.motowinch.com

·         Specific Mechanical/Electrical Assemblies

·         Packaging

·         Shipping/Receiving

As production continues, you will also work directly with the product designers and manufacturing engineers to collaborate on design and process improvements to make the best product possible. You will also have the opportunity to take part in the new product development process – together creating the next cutting edge outdoor sports product! R&D fabrication opportunities are also on the horizon for those who join the team early.

Our ideal candidates are diligent, creative, think outside the box, and are eager to make something unique in a timely efficient fashion. Experience that might align with this job position are:

·         Technical/Maker

·         Professionally wrenching on bikes

·         Automotive (especially electric)

·         Electric bikes

·         Motorcycles

·         Board Sports

·         Consumer Electronics

·         Fabrication
