I’m Gabrielle Lawrence, Program Manager with Rome Art Program (RAP), a NYC-based nonprofit founded in 2009, with annual summer sessions of Painting and Drawing in Rome, Italy.
Each June and July we host a select number of students who work with us in plein air, where the streets and sites of Rome are our studios! Our program builds upon the artistic studies that the students are already developing at their home university.
Additionally, students who apply by December 15 and are accepted to the Summer 2026 Program will receive a discount on their program fees.
I’ve also included a link to our video, which has extensive information on what we do and shows our students at work on site, in Italy.
