Volunteer Oppotunity
Hi, this is Nissie Ellison-a teacher at the nearby Academy of Arts and Academics.
We are an arts-based high school, and our Spring term project is based on reusing plastics in large scale sculptures communicating environmental and pollution issues.
The commitment would be one day a week from 8:45-10:30 am giving feedback to 5 teams. The time frame would be Starting April 6th through May 7th-5 weeks total, but only one day a week.
We have professionals give our students feedback about their projects to elevate their art, create partnerships with our community and to give our students a real world experience. We could do the panels either in person or an online meeting.
