Exploring the Dolomites Study Abroad Program for Art Students

I’m writing from Global Education Oregon (GEO) to announce the continuation of the Exploring the Dolomites: Landscape, History, Ecology, and Literature in Northern Italy study abroad program for summer 2023, and we would appreciate your help in reaching students who might be interested in this study abroad opportunity. The program consists of an interdisciplinary course that studies the Dolomite regions combining Humanities and Earth Sciences. This short two-week journey can be an ideal vehicle for wildlife photography projects. Indeed, the Dolomites, have been recently designated as World Heritage Site by the UNESCO for the distinctive variety of their morphology, geology and landscape, and they are one of the most sought-after places by photographers from all over the world 

This is a unique program that offers a wide range of credit options for students (Core Ed, GERSCAN, French and Italian, German and Scandinavian Studies, Environmental Studies and Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, History, International Studies, and Comparative Literature credits), and provides a unique blend of instruction mixed with conscious hiking through the beautiful Italian Alps.
