We have also increased the honorarium this year (from $1000 to $1500)!
- Artists do not need to have a piece completed. Proposals are also accepted.
- Artists do not need to live in Oregon.
- Students are encouraged to apply.
- BIPOC artists are encouraged to apply.
- Artwork will be exhibited outdoors, on loan, for two years in Lake Oswego.
