graphic arts designer wanted

Seeking graphic arts designer interested in rebranding a small but growing company (design & direction in marketing), perhaps as a project. This would be a comprehensive re-branding. The goal is to brand all the materials of the company to be synonymous in their ‘look’ including a book, education workbook, marketing and promotions (website, and SM direction a plus). Limited budget but willing to discuss the cost of the process/plan as a complete project or in phases each with separate costs.
