Requesting help with a book cover

My name is Michael Matthews. I am looking for someone who can do watercolor to help with

the cover for my latest novel. I put together a photoshop mock-up of the cover and like what I have but it is not good enough for the cover. I have been working with a couple of artists on Fiverr but it just didn’t work out very well. Our ability to communicate

and for me to get my ideas across was a big problem.

I would like someone to make a few small modifications to it and do it in watercolor. This

may or may not be a difficult proposition. I don’t have a big budget for this as I am not making much money from my writing. But this story is very good and is worthy of a really good cover. Below is the mock-up. I would like to have the girls head turned

a little more towards the boys belly so that we can see her face. As you can see, there are some rather rough parts but the concept is there. If there is someone who could talk to me about this I would be most grateful. Any suggestions you might have would
