Ready, Set, Start Your Arts Business

Is it hard to think of your talent, ideas, and creations as a business?  This brief course is an introduction and initial planning session for artists to obtain assistance and information to make the business of the ‘art business’ relevant. We will explore some of the reasons to consider a business entity for your art, answer questions about business planning, marketing, organization, management, and provide resources to help.

Tax Tips for Artists

As tax season rapidly approaches, you may find yourself wondering how to file taxes for your arts business. This workshop will teach you what financial records to keep for tax season and show you which forms to use for your arts business.
