Sustainability Competition

My name is Sean Miller and I’m a 2009 UO Alumnus.

My current company is partnered with the Commission for Environmental Coordination (cec.org) and I wanted to share an awesome opportunity with you and your current dept. students:

The Commission for Environmental Cooperation (cec.org) recently launched a competition for youth (ages 18-26) to submit ideas/business proposal for “green” (sustainable/environmental) initiatives. Three finalists will receive expenses-paid trip to pitch at the CEC’s Council Session in Canada with top environmental officials from Canada/USA/Mexico. The winner will receive official support and $5,000CAD in seed funding for their idea/prototype.

There is no cost to participate in the competition, we just want to get the word out! The competition idea submission window closes on April 30th.
