Job opportunity for photography students at UO

Feature article photography needed for In Good Tilth magazine
Job date: April 12, 2018
Location: Alsea, Ore. (1hr 15min drive from Eugene)
Time: 2:00pm – 5:00/6:00pm
Looking for a mixture of candid, photo journalism style work and some portraits at an organic farm in Alsea, Ore. This is a paid job, fee to be based on the final scope of work. The goal is to capture two farmers participating in a mentorship pilot project. They will be doing a farm tour to share challenges and talk through solutions. We’re hoping for a good mix of capturing their character — people-driven shots, candids, artistic shots, etc. — the landscape and farm, and portraits of each farmer separately and together. You must be flexible and assertive, tagging along to allow the visit to happen and capturing things as you go but also then positioning them for successful portraitures as needed.
If interested, please send an email with links to an online portfolio or samples of your work to alyssa@tilth.org by April 4, 2018. You must be able to provide your own transportation.
