I am a Dist. 4J retired elementary teacher. I have written a children’s book that I would like illustrated. I am willing to pay up to $100 per illustration.
Wanted: Illustrator for a children’s book. Up to $100 per illustration. At least 13 different illustrations needed. I live in Eugene.
