Arts Education Teaching Artist Opportunity
Greetings,
We are excited to share that Lane Arts Council is now seeking teaching artists for the 2019-2020 academic year. In this position professional visual, fine, craft and performance artists work with students and teachers to create extended educational arts activities, teach new skills, develop creative thinking and offer career insight.
In this round of recruitment, we are prioritizing the consideration of artists from highly requested art forms and art forms not currently represented on our roster. These art forms include:
o Ceramics/Clay
o Nature and science art
o Vocal Music
o Instrumental Music
o Identity and Culture-Based Arts
All artists, regardless of art form and practice, are encouraged to apply!
