IMPORTANT – Fall Term Registration

Dear students – the following information is an important update re: staggered registration periods for Fall 2023. We have recently updated our registration periods to prioritize Majors and Minors – this is an important strategic change that will optimize movement of our growing population of Majors and Minors through our classes, while also still providing opportunity for non-Majors & non-Minors to register for our classes. 

Fall registration timeline:

May 22 – June 2 – Majors Only

June 2 – July 4 – Majors and Minors

July 5 – August 13 (registration closed by Office of Registrar)

August 14 – September 11 – Majors and Minors

September 12 – Open to all 

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that as per School of Art + Design policy the first day of class is mandatory. The first day of class is critically important both as an introduction and as an overview of the learning trajectory and expectations for the term.
